It is an honor to have chosen our hotel as a place to relax!

We hope that this leaflet will provide you with useful information about the services provided by our hotel. Our staff is at your disposal for further questions and requests.

On behalf of all the staff of the hotel, we wish you a pleasant stay in the Mátra!

Guest Information

ATM: The nearest ATM: Mátrafüred, Parádi út (4 SEASONS next to Palóc Bistorant on the buffet line)

Bed linen: : Bed linen is changed daily on request. Please help our hotel to operate in an environmentally friendly way, only ask for a replacement if it is necessary! Indicate your needs at the reception!

Baby-friendly equipment, services: high chair in the restaurant, in the corridors kitchens, children's menu for buffet meals, baby bottle warmer, cot, baby bath, baby food heating possibility in the reception/kitchens, microwave, children's playground.

Check-in: : The room can be occupied from 3 pm. In the case of earlier arrival, luggage storage can be arranged in the hotel’s luggage room.

Security system: our hotel has video surveillance and recording system. Security services are available 24 hours a day for personal and property protection.

Luggage storage, luggage room: at check-out / early arrival We place our guests' luggage in our luggage room next to the reception free of charge until the trip/occupation of the room. Ask at reception for help!

Smoking: The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in the places marked with this sign. Next to the main entrance.

Health: In the case of health complaints you can ask for medical help at the reception. Thermometer wound dressing, pain and antipyretic, calcium, etc. can also be requested at reception.

Electrical connection: 220V / 50Hz alternating voltage (AC) is available everywhere in the building.

Electric car charging: : In our hotel car park it is possible to charge electric cars (with Type2 connection). For more information, please contact our reception colleague.

Departure / check-out: The rooms are available until 10 am on the day of departure and our services can be used until then. If you wish to leave the room later, this is possible at an additional cost. Late check-out is available until 3 pm, depending on our current occupancy (Late check out): 3000 HUF / room. Please arrange this in advance at reception.

Restaurant: Next to the reception, it opens from the lobby. Breakfast: 8 am. to 9 am. Lunch and dinner A ’la carte in the 4 SEASONS Palóc Bistorant in Mátrafüred, for which we provide meal coupons according to our current offer. Our menu: www.palocetterem.hu

Fitness room: Next to the reception, our indoor fitness room opens from the lobby. Contact our receptionist for more information.

Payment: Our hotel accepts cash, SZÉP Card (OTP, KH, MKB), advance transfer, and bank card payment methods:

• In case of cash payment, we can accept HUF, EUR, USD means of payment.
• Among the bank and credit cards you can pay with: Visa, Visa Electron, EC / MC, Cirrus / Maestro, American Express, JCB.

Dentist: The nearest dentist: 3200 Gyöngyös, Batthyány Lajos tér 21-23. 06 37 / 302-183

Bathrobe: Available for our guests (over 14 years) on request. In case of possible loss, we charge compensation (HUF 20,000 / piece). Following the international environmental recommendation, their bathrobes are changed free of charge every 3 days during your stay. Please let our receptionist know your need.

Children's playground: The outdoor playground is located in the yard. The internal sports and games room is located in the corridor next to the reception (ping-pong, table football, X-Box). The playgrounds can be visited without a time limit, only with parental supervision. Please note the peace of mind of the other guests and the toys will be packed back into place after use. At the reception, you can choose from 30 types of board games and use them free of charge during your stay.

Hairdryer: Can be requested at reception if not included in the room type.

Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to receive them in our hotel.

Maintenance: If you encounter any tools or equipment in need of repair, damage, inoperability, or malfunction in the hotel, please inform the reception.

Function rooms: The hotel also has 2 function rooms. Ask at the reception about the possibility and capacity of using them!

Air conditioning: Due to the special microclimate location of our hotel, there is no need to use air conditioners.

Minibar: The minibar is only available upon prior request. If you wish to refill the minibar, please indicate by 15:00. The minibar is off by default.

Complaints, remarks: If you have any complaints or remarks about anything during your stay, please let us know at the reception!

Slippers: Available at reception.

Parking: There are almost 20 parking spaces for our hotel guests, a closed guarded parking lot, which can be used free of charge.

Currency exchange: The hotel does not offer currency exchange.

Toiletries:: Toothbrush, toothpaste, and mini razor are available at the reception for a fee.

Programs: You can choose from more than 50 types of HSB programs, for which we provide a HUF 5,000 coupon. You can find more information at the reception, on the coupon on the HSB brochure or the website www.4evszak.hu.

Safe: The built-in closet has a special safe for storing in-room laptops. Instructions for use can be found on the safe door. If you have a problem, call the reception!

Cleaning: Every day from 8 am. to 4 pm. If you place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door of the room door from the outside, our colleagues will not disturb you. Please indicate your need for special cleaning at the reception!

Blankets: Call the reception on special request!

Television: Nearly 130 TV channels are available free of charge. Turn on the television at the touch of a button. After switching on, please wait 5-10 seconds for the TV channels to load! Turn on the T-COM set-top box and switch channels on it. Please do not touch the wires or move the equipment!

Map: Tourist map can be requested at the reception for a fee.

Towels: Room towels are changed every two days according to the valid Government Decree. It is also possible to change the towel daily, as long as it is indicated after use (throwing the towel on the floor). Please help our hotel to operate in an environmentally friendly way, only ask for a replacement if it is necessary!

Fire and emergency: Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system, which can be activated automatically by smoke detectors or by pressing fire alarm boxes placed for this purpose in the corridors. If the alarm rings, you must leave the building immediately, according to the escape route in the rooms.

Newspapers, books: Available for our guests on the bookshelves next to the reception.

Fire protection rules

Dear Guest!

Thank you for complying with these regulations to assist our fire protection work.

we ask that:

• do not bring pyrotechnic substances, flammable liquids, gas cylinders (equipment that can be operated with) into or into the rooms, and related rooms!
• do not use coffee makers, irons, overheads, and other heat-generating equipment (eg individual heaters)!
• if you notice a malfunction in any of the equipment, switch it off immediately and report it to the reception!
• lighting devices!
• do not smoke in the room!

In case of fire or smoke, proceed as follows:

• The fire hazard class "D" of the rooms is moderately flammable.
• If you notice a fire in the rooms or other parts of the building, please alert the other guests by pressing the middle of the fire alarm in the aisle or “FIRE IS! - THERE IS A FIRE! "THERE IS A FIRE!" start by shouting immediately and notify the reception!
• In the event of a fire, the rooms must be de-energized with the switches in the rooms!
• If possible, take the valuables from your personal belongings and leave the building through the escape route on the door!
• With a fire extinguisher or fire hose located in the passageway, the extinguishing of the fire can be started, if it can be extinguished at its discretion.
• If you put out the fire, be sure to report it to the reception!
• The electrical equipment in the rooms must be used following the operating instructions, if you are not aware of this, ask the hotel staff for help!
• When leaving the room, the electrical equipment must be disconnected. When removing electrical equipment from the sockets, make sure that it does not come out of the wall and, if possible, does not cause sparks!
• If media devices and electrical equipment in the premises fail or catch fire, they must first be disconnected from the mains if possible and staff must be notified.
• Flammable, flammable materials must be placed in the room in such a way that a distance of at least 1 m from the central radiator and its pipes is maintained.
• It is forbidden to store or use flammable liquids in the hotel room, except for beverages and cosmetics!
• In case of fire, follow the advice and instructions of the staff when leaving the building, and be sure to follow the instructions of the fire brigade when the fire department arrives!
• Do not use lifts in case of fire!
• Draw attention to panic-free traffic, as this will make evacuating the building much faster.
• If leaving the building is an obstacle, make sure that the room is smoke-free by opening the window and sealing the door gaps.
• If you are prevented from leaving the building, give signals through the window, try to establish a connection outside the building so that your backup can start as soon as possible!
• Prevent fire from entering the room by sprinkling the door with water!
• Protect yourself from the smoke with a damp cloth placed in front of your mouth.
