GUEST INFORMATION

Air Conditioning: Due to the special microclimate location of our hotel, there is no need for air conditioners.

ATM: (nearest) Mátrafüred, Parádi road (By the 4 ÉVSZAK Palóc Bistorant)

Baby-friendly equipment, services: high chair in the restaurant, kitchen on the corridor, children's menu at the buffet, baby bottle warmer, baby cot, baby bath, baby-warming at the reception / microwave oven in the kitchens, children’s playground.

Bathrobe: Available for our guests (over 14 years) upon request. In the event of a possible loss, we will charge damages (20,000 HUF / piece). In accordance with the international environmental recommendation, your bath robes are changed free of charge every three days during your stay. Please let our receptionist know about your needs.

Bed linen: On request, linen is changed daily. Please help our hotel to operate in an environmentally friendly manner, only request a replacement if absolutely necessary! Please let us know about your needs at the reception!

Bicycle, electric bicycle (pedelec): Rental is possible for a fee. Please let us know your needs at the reception! More programs and rental equipment with prices at: www.hsb.hu

Blankets: Call reception upon request!

Check-in: The room can be occupied from 15:00. In case of early arrival, luggage storage is available in the hotel's luggage room.

Check-Out: Rooms are available until 10am on the day of departure and our services are available until then. If you would like to leave the room later, this is possible at an additional cost. Late check-out is available until 3pm, subject to our current availability. Late check out: 3000 Ft / room. Please contact the reception in advance to arrange this.

Children's Playground: The outdoor playground is located in the courtyard. The indoor sports and games room is located in the corridor next to the reception (ping-pong, table football, X-Box). Playgrounds are accessible without time limit, only under the supervision of a parent. As a courtesy to the rest of the guests we kindly ask you to pack the toys back in place after use. At the reception, you can choose from 20 board games and use them for free during your stay.

Cleaning: Every day from 08:00 to 16:00. If you place the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside door handle, our colleagues will not disturb of course. Please indicate your need for cleaning at reception.

Complaints, Comments: If you have any complaints or concerns during your stay, please contact the reception.

Currency Exchange: There is no currency exchange facility at the hotel.

Drink bar: There is a non-stop automatic MAXIBAR beside the reception. Ask for coins at the reception from 08:00 to 20:00.

Electric Car Charging: In our parking lot it is possible to charge electric cars (with Type2 connection). Please contact our receptionist for more information.

Electrical Connection: 220V / 50Hz AC is available throughout the building.

Fire and Emergency: Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system that can be triggered automatically by smoke detectors or by pressing fire alarm boxes in the corridors. When the bell rings, you must leave the building immediately, following the escape route posted in the rooms.

Fitness Room: Our indoor fitness room opens from the lobby next to the reception. Our outdoor fitness park is located in front of the main entrance and is free of charge. Contact our receptionist for more information.

Hairdryer: Available at reception if not included in room type.

Health: You can seek medical help at the reception in case of health complaints. Fever meter, wound patch, pain and antipyretic, calcium, etc. can also be requested at reception.

Luggage Storage, Luggage Room: Upon check-out / early arrival, your luggage will be placed in our luggage room next to the reception free of charge until travel / occupancy. Ask reception for help!

Maintenance: If you encounter faulty equipment, equipment that is in need of repair, damaged or malfunctioning, please inform the reception.

Map: Tourist map is available at reception for a fee.

Meeting & Business rooms: There are 2 meeting rooms at the hotel. Please inquire about the availability and capacity of these.

Minibar: The minibar is only available upon prior request. If you wish to have the minibar filled up, please let us know by 15:00. The minibar is normally off.

Newspapers, books: Available for our guests on the bookshelves next to the reception.

Parking: Nearly 20 parking spaces are available for hotel guests in our closed guarded parking place for free.

Payment: Our hotel accepts cash, SZÉP Card (OTP, KH, MKB), prepayment and credit card payment methods:
• In case of cash payment we accept HUF, EUR, USD.
• The following types of credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, EC / MC, Cirrus / Maestro, American Express, JCB.

Pets: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept them at our hotel.

Programs: You can choose from over 50 HSB programs for which you get a 5000 Ft coupon. You can find more information on the coupon, at the front desk, on the HSB brochure or at www.hsb.hu.

Restaurant: It is the lobby next to the reception. Breakfast: 7-9 AM. Lunch and dinner A 'la carte at the 4 Season Palóc Bistorant in Mátrafüred, with meal vouchers as per our offer. Check offers at: www.palocetterem.hu

Safe box: The built-in wardrobe has a special safe for in-room laptop storage. You will find the instructions on the safe door. Call the front desk in case of problems.

Security system: our hotel has a video surveillance and recording system. Security service is available 24 hours a day for the protection of persons and property.

Sewing kit: Sewing kit is available at the reception free of charge.

Slippers: Available at reception.

Smoking: The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (next to the main entrance).

Television: Nearly 130 TV channels are available for free. Turn on the TV with a single, short press! After turning it on, please wait 5-10 seconds for the TV channels to load! Turn on the T-COM set-top box and change channels on it. Please do not touch the wires or move the equipment!

Toiletries: Toothbrushes, toothpaste and mini razors are available at the reception for a fee.

Towels: Room towels are changed every two days according to the Government Decree in force. It is also possible to change the towel daily if it is clearly indicated after use (by dropping and leaving the towel on the floor). Please help our hotel operate in an environmentally friendly way, only request a replacement if absolutely necessary!
